SuperAbla — Terms of Service

 

1. Who We Are

SuperAbla (“we,” “us,” “the Company”) is an Egyptian brand dedicated to teaching Arabic to children ages 2–8 through stories, songs, culture, and history. This website introduces SuperAbla to visitors, allows you to get in touch with us, join our early-access waitlist for upcoming news and courses, and learn about our partnerships and events.

2. Nature of This Website and Our Service

This website is primarily informational. It is designed to introduce SuperAbla to visitors and collect contact information from those who wish to follow us or reach out. This website does not currently offer any product, course, or paid subscription for sale. Any future courses or products will have their own separate terms, published at the time of their launch.

Signing up through the “Join the Waitlist” form does not create any financial obligation of any kind. It is simply a way for us to keep you informed of SuperAbla’s updates as they happen.

3. Eligibility and Use on Behalf of Children

This website is intended for use by adults — parents, educators, and partners — not by children themselves. If you are a parent or legal guardian, your use of the site’s forms (such as the waitlist form) to enter information relating to your child (such as an age range) is done under your full responsibility, and constitutes your consent to the processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, but we do not guarantee it is entirely free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperAbla is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of this website.
